📍 Branch Postmaster (BPM)
- Oversee the Branch Post Office (B.O) operations.
- Promote India Post Payments Bank (IPPB) services.
- Handle mail conveyance, delivery, and customer service centers (CSC).
- Accommodation Requirement: BPMs must arrange their own space for the post office.
📍 Assistant Branch Postmaster (ABPM)
- Sell stamps & stationery, manage mail delivery & exchanges.
- Assist BPM in postal operations and transactions.
- Promote India Post services and engage with customers.
- Residence Requirement: Must reside within the post office’s delivery jurisdiction.
📍 Dak Sevak
- Deliver mail, packages & postal services within the assigned area.
- Manage operations in Sub Post Offices, Head Post Offices & Railway Mail Services.
- Assist in customer service, business growth, and administration.
- Residence Requirement: Must live within the designated post office jurisdiction.
